By downloading or using Sacred Pause ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Subscriptions

Sacred Pause offers an auto-renewing subscription ("Sacred Pause Pro") on a monthly or annual basis, and may begin with a free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Acceptable use

The app helps you limit access to apps you select. It is a wellbeing and focus tool, not a security or parental-control guarantee, and should not be relied upon for safety-critical purposes.

Disclaimer

The app and its reflection content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Reflections are for encouragement and are not professional, medical, or spiritual counseling.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
