TV Remote for Roku & Google TV (“the app”) is designed to respect your privacy. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
None. The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There are no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising.
To work as a remote, the app stores the following only on your iPhone, and never sends it anywhere:
This information stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by deleting a saved TV in the app or by deleting the app.
The app communicates directly with your TVs over your local Wi‑Fi network to discover them and send remote-control commands. These communications happen only between your iPhone and your TVs. No remote servers are involved.
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app does not receive or store your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
The app is a general-purpose utility and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new “last updated” date.
