Need help with TV Remote? You're in the right place.

Getting started

  1. Make sure your iPhone and your TV are on the same Wi‑Fi network (not a guest network).
  2. Open the app and tap Scan on the Devices tab, or add your TV by its IP address.
  3. Select your TV to start controlling it.

Google TV / Android TV pairing

The first time you connect to a Google TV or Android TV, the TV shows a 6‑character code. Enter that code in the app when prompted. Pairing is remembered, so you only do this once per TV.

Common questions

The app can't find my TV. Confirm both devices are on the same Wi‑Fi network, that Local Network access is allowed for the app (iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network), and that the TV is powered on. You can also add the TV by IP address from the Devices tab.

A TV shows as “Unreachable.” Its IP address may have changed after a router restart. Re‑scan, or check the TV's network settings for its current IP address.

Managing your subscription. Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel.
